Mental Health Counseling

Mental Health Counseling helps people renew and improve their emotional state. We provide an array of counseling services to people with a variety of mental health issues. Our caring team of counselors can help if you suffer from anxiety or depression, have a chronic illness, are experiencing grief or trauma, or have other concerns. We are sensitive to the unique needs of the lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender communities.

What we offer

Once you schedule an appointment, you will meet with a friendly intake specialist who will match you to the mental health counselor who will best fit your needs. Your counselor will then work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual mental health goals. This plan may include:

  • individual counseling
  • group counseling
  • gender affirming hormone therapy and surgery evaluations
  • co-occurring mental health and substance use counseling
  • linkage to other resources and psychiatric services
