Rahsaan DeLain, vice president of corporate culture, recognized as Buffalo Business First 2026 Impact Award honoree

Rahsaan DeLain, vice president of corporate culture at Evergreen Health, has been recognized as a Buffalo Business First 2026 Impact Award honoree. Rahsaan is being celebrated for driving the vision and strategy for Evergreen’s inclusive corporate culture, social good initiatives and focus on being a learning organization. He champions Evergreen’s mission to eradicate health inequity in Western New York through unconditional care, including his role as a key leader in the Ken-Bailey Project, the new comprehensive healthcare center that Evergreen Health and Community Access Services are opening in Buffalo’s East Side.

The Buffalo Business First Impact Awards honor individuals who champion inclusivity and create spaces where everyone feels that they belong. These workplace leaders and community connectors drive meaningful change and foster environments in which diverse voices thrive.

Evergreen Health provides medical, supportive and behavioral health services in Buffalo and Jamestown. Evergreen fosters healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are underserved by the healthcare system.
