Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services helps people improve their emotional state, a key part of health and wellness. We provide a multitude of counseling services to people with a variety of mental health issues. Our caring team of professionals can help, if you suffer from anxiety or depression, have a chronic illness, are experiencing grief or trauma or have other concerns. Our Mental Health Services meet patients where they are and allow them to determine goals. We embrace your unique needs and are particularly sensitive to the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender and gender-expansive individuals.

What we offer

After you schedule an appointment, you will meet with a friendly intake specialist. Your counselor will then work with you to create a unique treatment plan that is tailored to your individual mental health goals. It’s care on your terms. Depending on your goals, your plan may include:

  • individual counseling
  • group counseling
  • psychiatry
  • evaluations for gender-affirming hormone therapies and surgery
  • co-occurring mental health and substance use counseling
  • linkage to other resources and psychiatric services

What are the benefits of mental health services?

Patients benefit from counseling in many ways. Some of the benefits include:

  • reduced thoughts and feelings that you no longer want, such as depression and anxiety
  • increased self-awareness of your unique needs and how to meet them
  • developing skills to help with mood changes, feelings of distress and connections with others
  • identifying and reducing patterns that get in your way

More than just medical care

We have a wide range of programs and services that will help you live your healthiest life. These services include:
