Patient Portal

Using the username you received from Primary and Specialty Care, log in to your patient portal account to request or cancel appointments, view your medical chart, see your test results, request prescriptions and more. The patient portal is available 24-hour a day and lets you manage your health around your schedule. If you need a more immediate appointment, medication refill, or routine medical advice, please call our office during regular business hours.

Using Patient Portal allows you to:

• receive lab, x-ray and test orders and see your results
• request or cancel appointments
• request prescription refills
• view your clinical notes and medical chart summary

The portal is to be used for non-urgent issues only; in case of an emergency or crisis, call 911 and allow at least 2 business days for a response to portal messages.
