Evergreen Lofts & Housing Assistance

The Evergreen Lofts provide long-term supportive housing opportunities for people who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.

The Evergreen Lofts is located in the Pratt-Willard neighborhood at 392 Genesee Street in Buffalo. The historic building has been completely renovated and has 56 units.

Who is eligible for Evergreen Lofts?

Applicants must have income at or below 60 percent of the area median income, which is around $38,000 for a two-person household.
