Food Pantry

As a member of the Food Bank of WNY, our food pantry is open to eligible patients of any service at Evergreen and any resident of the 14201 zip code.

The Evergreen pantry at 206 S. Elmwood uses a drop-in model. Walk in to the lobby during pantry hours and complete the short intake with our pantry representative in order to receive groceries. Eligible patients and 14201 residents can receive grocery assistance every 30 days.

Pantry hours:

Mondays: 9:30 – 11:30am
Tuesdays: 1 – 3pm
Thursdays: 1 – 3pm
Fridays: 9:30 – 11:30am
