Financial Counseling Services

Our Financial Counseling Center is here to help you with all the financial components of your healthcare. The financial counseling team at Evergreen will work with you to remove any financial barriers that may prevent you from receiving the care you need. We’ll provide ongoing support and education so you can make the best decisions to meet your healthcare needs.

What we provide

Services we offer include:

• assistance with insurance applications and navigating health insurance enrollment
• help understanding healthcare charges, copays and deductibles
• assistance interpreting medical bills and statements
• walk-in payments accepted
• financial hardship agreements, sliding fee applications and payment plans
• interpretation services (available upon request)
• and more

Who is it for?

The Financial Counseling Center is available to patients of Evergreen, the Pride Center and Community Access Services, and anyone who is uninsured or underinsured. Some services require an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome, too. Evergreen Health offers services to all patients regardless of inability to pay.
