HIV care

• NYS DOH names reporting requirements

Evergreen provides:

PrEP

PrEP (short for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a prescription drug that, when taken every day, greatly reduces your risk of getting HIV by blocking the virus.

For your patients who are interested in HIV prevention, Evergreen offers:

• insurance assistance and $0 out of pocket cost
• same day services
• prompt scheduling

Hepatitis C care

If you have a patient who is hepatitis C positive, Evergreen provides:

• hepatitis C medical care and treatment to cure the viral infection
