Get Involved

The success of our services depends on the ongoing support of our donors, volunteers and friends. There are many ways that you can get involved to help us foster healthy communities throughout Western New York.

Donations to Evergreen help us continue to provide critical help to the thousands of individuals in WNY who depend on our services, which include primary medical care, HIV and STI testing, care management, counseling, prevention education, housing, nutritional assistance and much more.

Donate Now!

As an organization founded on the hard work and commitment of just five volunteers, our appreciation of your willingness to serve the community is immeasurable. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@evergreenhs.org to learn more about the volunteer opportunities available.

Along with the annual fundraisers below, Evergreen hosts several events throughout the year! Follow us on social media for a full event line-up.
