Evergreen is proud to represent Western New York organizations that are making a positive impact in our region by providing health and wellness services to underserved communities. We work alongside our affiliate, Community Access Services, to ensure access to and provide affordable healthcare to all Western New Yorkers in an environment that is inclusive, compassionate, respectful and judgment-free.

Community Access Services

Community Access Services (CAS) is committed to addressing the epidemic of HIV and other diseases that challenge the welfare of urban communities in Buffalo and Erie County by assuring the availability of comprehensive care services, including prevention education and treatment.
