Prevent HIV with PrEP (short for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), a prescription drug that, when taken as directed, greatly reduces your risk of getting HIV by blocking the virus. PrEP is for any individual who wants to take control of their health and reduce the risk of becoming HIV positive. Most people can start PrEP within one week and pay $0 out of pocket.
