STI testing is quick and easy at Evergreen. Our Buffalo and Jamestown offices accept both walk-ins and appointments for gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia screenings. A testing nurse will simply ask you about your health and answer any questions you have, and then you can decide which type of test you receive. You’ll know your results in one week. Note: Testing is available for individuals who are 18 and older.
