Free home delivery

Get your medications delivered to your home when you need them. We deliver to all eight counties in Western New York, and can even do same-day deliveries when needed.

Refill coordination

Our pharmacy team will reach out to your provider for you when your prescription needs to be refilled so you can spend less time on the phone and waiting in line.

How does your delivery service work?

We deliver medications to all eight counties of Western New York, free of charge. We use a courier service and offer four convenient delivery times to accommodate your schedule.

Is my insurance accepted at the Evergreen Pharmacy?

We accept all major insurance carriers in the Buffalo area. If you are uninsured or underinsured, our Financial Counseling Center is here to help.

How will I know if my prescription is ready?

The pharmacy staff contacts each patient individually when the prescription is ready. The staff can contact you via phone, text or email—whichever method you prefer.

Can I use the Evergreen Pharmacy even if I don’t use Evergreen’s medical services?

The pharmacy is open to everyone, not just Evergreen patients. We love to serve our community!

What do I do if the pharmacy is closed and I need a refill?

Leave a voicemail on the automated system. When the Evergreen Pharmacy is closed, the voicemail is monitored by a pharmacist and requests are responded to appropriately.

What types of medication does the Evergreen pharmacy specialize in?
