We offer free home delivery using a courier service, with multiple delivery windows to fit your schedule. Same-day delivery is available when needed.

We accept all major insurance carriers in the Buffalo area. If you are uninsured or underinsured, our financial counseling center is here to help.

How will I know if my prescription is ready?

Our pharmacy staff contacts each patient directly when prescriptions are ready. You can choose to be notified by phone, text, or email.

Can I use the Evergreen Pharmacy if I don’t use Evergreen’s medical services?

Yes. The Pharmacy at Evergreen is open to everyone. We’re proud to serve the entire community!

What if the pharmacy is closed and I need help?

Leave a voicemail on our automated system. When the pharmacy is closed, messages are monitored by a pharmacist and responded to appropriately.
