Our Health Education and Engagement programs welcome everyone and understand each person’s journey is different. We’re here to help you make good decisions about your health. We can also work with you regardless of what health insurance you have so reach out today to get enrolled.
The Health Education & Engagement team is comprised of Case Managers and Community Health Workers that are specially trained to work with individuals living with HIV. They understand the health care system can be overwhelming, and living with HIV can add additional barriers to people accessing care. The Health Education & Engagement team will help you navigate the healthcare system to ensure you are getting your needs met.
